Building and further developing the purchasing organisation as well as defining suitable procurement processes.
Maintaining the supplier portfolio including selection, qualification, and regular performance evaluation.
Conducting price and contract negotiations with national and international business partners.
Ensuring material availability considering demand, delivery times, and cost-effectiveness.
Evaluating relevant purchasing key figures and monitoring cost developments.
Coordinating the product range with the responsible internal departments.
Processing procurement orders and checking incoming orders.
Analysing procurement markets, price changes, and possible sourcing alternatives.
Qualifications:
Further training in purchasing, ideally with a federal certificate.
Several years of professional experience in procurement within an SME, preferably in a technical environment.
Good knowledge of supplier management and strategic purchasing.
Confident handling of ERP systems, for example SAP.
Independent working style with structured planning and consistent implementation.
Strong cost awareness and assertiveness in negotiation situations.
Initiative and interest in a broad range of responsibilities.
Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
