We support you specifically in your professional development and enable you to continuously expand your knowledge in occupational pensions through internal training. After a structured and individually tailored induction, you will take on the following tasks:
Tasks
- You support our mandate managers in the administrative management of pension funds.
- You advise and assist HR managers and insured persons by phone and in writing.
- You are responsible for handling all business transactions such as entries/exits, salary changes, and retirements.
- You process early withdrawals, purchases, and divorce cases.
- You take on further administrative and organisational tasks.
Requirements
- Initial professional experience, ideally in occupational pensions (also suitable for returnees).
- Training or further education in occupational pensions is a great advantage.
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written.
- French and English skills are an advantage.
- Accustomed to working accurately and efficiently and providing good customer service.
- Independent and solution-oriented working style.
- Team spirit and strong social skills.
