Your tasks
- Process and monitor customer orders from start to finish
- Check product availability and organise shipments
- Handle customer requests (returns, complaints, information)
- Track deliveries and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales)
Desired profile
- Significant experience in customer order management (essential)
- Very good command of French and English, German is an asset
