Assistant to the CEO / 50-60% workload
In this role, you are both a hub and a contact point for the directly subordinate departments as well as for all important business contacts. You report directly to the CEO and support him in all administrative, organizational, and strategic matters.
HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
Managing the executive office including planning and organizing events, meetings, and travel
Project management for larger internal events and support for external events
Assisting in the development of strategies, action plans, market analyses, and evaluations
Responsibility for the entire contract database; especially organizing & monitoring rental agreements
Independent handling of complex customer concerns
Coordination of cross-departmental projects
Preparation of board presentations and board analyses
THIS IS WHAT SETS YOU APART
Solid commercial education (KV/trade diploma) with advanced training (business administration / executive assistant with federal certificate)
Several years of experience as an assistant to management
Discreet personality with organizational talent and a high sense of responsibility
Independent, reliable, and precise working style as well as very good communication and analytical skills
Very good PC skills and proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good marketing understanding and commercial mindset (experience in consumer goods and/or retail is an advantage)
Excellent language skills in German, French, and English
