Job Description

Within the IT Service Management team, your main mission will be to manage and develop the Request & Demand Management processes. You will be the key contact between the IT teams and the business units to ensure effective, coherent, and high-quality management of requests.

In this context, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Define and develop the Request & Demand Management processes
• Support IT teams in applying processes and ITIL best practices
• Ensure coordination and follow-up of business requests in collaboration with the various IT Domains
• Manage the service catalogue and associated forms in ServiceNow
• Produce monitoring indicators and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
• Lead governance bodies and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
• Train and support teams in adopting the processes

Qualifications

• Holder of a higher education degree in computer science or equivalent, you have 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
• You master ServiceNow as well as ITIL best practices
• You have proven experience in Demand Management, Request Management or IT Service Management
• You are comfortable in a cross-functional environment involving multiple business and IT stakeholders
• Recognised for your organisational skills, analytical mind and solution orientation, you are proactive
• Agile and adaptable, you appreciate transforming environments
• You are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written
