About the job

Our interdisciplinary emergency department at UKBB treats around 40,000 patients of all ages and severity levels annually. To strengthen our team in the attached outpatient clinic, we are looking for a committed and flexible paediatrician for part-time assignments by individual arrangement, starting 1 November 2026.

Start date: 1 November 2026

Your tasks

• Independent assessment of ambulatory walk-in emergency patients
• Treat patients and advise them and their relatives during the emergency consultation hours on weekdays together with a medical practice assistant
• You use the resources of the emergency department in a targeted and economically sensible manner

Your profile

• Swiss medical diploma or an equivalent, recognised qualification
• Sufficient clinical experience for the independent care of ambulatory paediatric patients
• Specialist qualification in paediatrics desirable
• Flexibility for short-term duty requests
