System Specialist Workplace/M365 (76070)

Task

We are looking for an experienced Workplace, M365 Engineer for one of our clients who ensures 2nd level operations within the Workplace team. In addition to client engineering know-how, knowledge and experience in server, network, and security areas are also necessary. You support the operation of IT systems and services and participate in projects, operational takeovers, and rollouts. You plan and execute change and release management according to the client's requirements. Furthermore, you locate, analyse, and resolve faulty system states. You triage and coordinate incidents and are responsible for handling processes and requests (Request Fulfilment). Additionally, you create and update documentation.

Requirements

• very good knowledge and experience in server, network, and security areas
• very good Win10, M365, and Citrix knowledge
• good German skills including Swiss German
• strong customer- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• good team skills, team player
• work deployment: on-site at the client, City of Zurich (residence: region/city of Zurich)
• criminal record extract must be available

Project duration 6 months with option for extension
