Specialist Planner Sanitary & HVAC Projects (m/f/d)

You not only support all areas of building technology with your expertise but also assist in special fields such as energy consulting, condition analyses, or GEAK / funding & subsidy applications. Role:
Our client is an innovative engineering and planning company for building technology. You manage diverse sanitary projects, coordinate technical interfaces, and accompany solutions from planning to successful commissioning.
Responsibilities:
Plan and design sanitary systems
Develop execution plans and tenders
Coordinate technical interfaces with project partners
Continuously review costs, variants, and quality
Help shape modern digital planning methods
Support projects during acceptance and handover
Qualifications:
Qualification as building services planner EFZ sanitary
Experience in planning and project processing
Basic knowledge in heating and ventilation is an advantage
Interest in BIM and digital construction
Good IT and MS Office skills
Structured and independent working style
