From 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking to strengthen the Benefits team with a committed colleague.

You will deal with special cases and process benefit requests in the outpatient and inpatient sectors. You decide on cost approvals, record invoices from service providers, and provide written and telephone information to private individuals, domestic and foreign health insurers, employers, liaison offices, authorities, and administrations.

You have a commercial education, training in the healthcare sector, or experience in the health insurance industry. Career changers and those returning to work are also warmly welcome. Proficient use of common MS Office applications and other IT systems is a matter of course for you. In addition, you are characterised by an efficient, discreet, and reliable way of working.

Good French skills, both spoken and written, are a prerequisite for this role. You confidently use these in daily telephone and written contact with our customers. English skills are an advantage. You enjoy working independently as well as quickly grasping facts. Even when handling multiple tasks, you keep an overview and impress with accuracy, openness, and reliability. You appreciate a respectful and supportive team environment as much as we do.
