Responsibilities:

• Support in managing a diverse SME mandate portfolio
• Management of financial and payroll accounting
• Assistance in preparing interim and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
• Preparation of VAT returns and tax declarations for natural and legal persons
• Support with customer enquiries in the areas of accounting and trust services
• Participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of internal processes
• Gradual assumption of more responsibility and direct customer contact

Requirements:

• Completed commercial basic training with experience in the trust sector or accounting
• Advantageous: Completed further training as an accounting clerk or currently in training
• Independent and structured way of working
• Team spirit and strong customer orientation

What to expect:

• 💰 Attractive salary: CHF 70,000 – 90,000 (depending on experience)
