From 1 December 2026 (or by arrangement), we are looking for a committed individual as an Insurance Specialist who not only processes files but also fosters genuine customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer enquiries and orders
• Supporting the care of both private and corporate clients
• Preparing quotations and applications and direct processing

Qualifications

• Very good German skills, both spoken and written
• Confidence and clarity – even in demanding situations
• Training in the commercial insurance sector
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Organisational skills and strong customer orientation
