Actively shape the future of the Service Desk at SAC.

Your tasks

• Professional and personnel management of the Service Desk team with six employees
• Establishment of a customer-oriented service culture
• Central contact person for the sections
• Support of the central SAC services and specialist applications in the areas of member services & accounting, hut reservation system and SAC courses
• Responsibility for member invoices, dunning and debt collection
• Control and further development of incident, request and change processes
• Optimisation of support workflows, knowledge base and service quality
• Participation in the operational Service Desk as well as involvement in exciting digitalisation projects

What convinces us

• Completed training with targeted further education in the field of service, application or process management
• Several years of experience in the Service Desk as well as leadership experience
• Affinity for CRM/ERP systems, booking tools as well as enjoyment in designing and documenting processes
• Strong service orientation, initiative and quality awareness
• Excellent German and very good French skills
• Great interest in the SAC association work as well as connection to mountaineering and nature
