ICT System Engineer / IT Specialist System Technology (m, f, d) 100%

Your Challenge:

  • Operation, installation and support of Windows servers and clients as well as access and identity management
  • Vulnerability and patch management for IT and OT systems
  • Support of specialised hardware in the IT and OT environment, including office and label printers
  • Consulting, implementation and operation of solutions in the areas of Microsoft Cloud, network (Cisco, Ubiquity, Fortinet), virtualisation (VMware), operational IT and license management
  • Evaluation of new technologies and overall solutions including obtaining and assessing offers
  • Planning, coordination and implementation of internal and external IT projects
  • Further development of IT security as well as monitoring the threat situation and developing appropriate response measures
  • Solution-oriented support for internal IT and OT users – remote and on site
  • Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth IT operations

Your Profile:

  • Qualification as an IT specialist EFZ, ideally in platform development or system technology
  • Professional experience in system or application operation or in IT support
  • Knowledge in several of the following areas: Windows Client, Windows Server, VMware, Fortinet, Cisco and PowerShell
  • Structured, independent and responsible way of working
  • Enjoyment of technical challenges and solving complex tasks
  • Initiative, networked thinking and a strong service orientation
  • Good German language skills, spoken and written
