What you will do here

• Be responsible for controlling in the Rectorate area and as deputy for the Services area and ensure it
• Create and continuously develop planning, budgeting, reporting, analyses and projections for these areas
• Be responsible for and further develop HR controlling as well as build meaningful HR reports in the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Advise the responsible areas as a sparring partner on financial and business management issues and actively participate in projects
• Actively participate in period and annual closings and be responsible for master data maintenance in SAP S/4HANA

What you ideally bring with you

• University degree (university or university of applied sciences) in business administration or a comparable education and training
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable controlling function as well as sound knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, especially in the CO/PS and HR modules
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel as well as experience with Analysis for Office (AfO), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or Power BI; experience with Excel macros is an advantage
• Strong analytical and interconnected thinking skills, a structured, independent and solution-oriented working style as well as a high quality awareness
• Very good oral and written German skills
