Your tasks with the new employer:

• As a competent advisor, you support the management and executives with complex personnel issues, develop future-oriented HR concepts, and prepare relevant key figures as a basis for decision-making

• Optimising existing personnel processes and introducing modern digital HR solutions are part of your responsibilities, as well as leading cross-departmental projects and further developing employer attractiveness

• You take on the professional and personnel leadership of a small HR team, promote its development, and jointly create efficient structures for professional and service-oriented personnel work

• Together with your team, you are responsible for all HR processes for all employees in different employment models and ensure reliable personnel and salary administration, including social insurance and withholding tax

You offer your new employer:

• You have a higher education in personnel management or a comparable qualification and bring several years of experience in an operational HR leadership role

• Thanks to your extensive practical experience in personnel administration, payroll processing, and labour law, you independently master complex HR tasks and actively support your team in day-to-day business

• Your confident handling of digital HR systems and modern IT applications facilitates your daily personnel work, while you question existing processes and independently implement practical improvements

• As a down-to-earth, communicative, and responsible leader, you like to get involved yourself, keep an overview even with a high workload, and convince with your solution-oriented working style
