For our Basic Housing Offer in our external residential house Ried in Baar-Inwil, we are looking for an individual immediately or by arrangement as

• Accompanying, caring for, and supporting clients with intellectual, physical, or psychological impairments in the complex life design of the living and leisure area
• Implementing and applying the agogic framework concept
• Work as a reference person
• Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, and external specialist agencies
• Helping with daily household and cleaning tasks

• Training in social pedagogy (HF/FH)
• Experience working with people with impairments
• Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
• Fluent oral and written expression in German
• Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• 5 weeks of vacation up to 50 years old, then 6 weeks. Additionally, up to 4 weeks of vacation purchase possible
