As a Brewing and Beverage Technologist EFZ, you will produce ready-to-drink beverages from raw materials using modern production facilities. You will control and monitor the production process, check relevant parameters, regularly take samples, and document the corresponding work steps. Furthermore, you will conduct laboratory analyses to ensure quality. What you learned during the school block weeks, you can apply immediately in the company.
