On behalf of our client, a company in the agricultural sector, we are looking for a Payroll & HR Administration Specialist from 1 December or by arrangement, who will be responsible for payroll processing and personnel administration with expertise and care. In this versatile role, you will be the central contact person for employees and managers and actively shape the further development of the HR department.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Ensure clean, accurate data in the HR system, manage time recording, and check working hours, expense claims, and closures.
• You are the first point of contact for employees, supervisors, authorities, and insurers, in German and French, and further develop processes and HR projects with your own ideas.
• You are responsible for payroll from A to Z: from monthly payroll accounting to year-end closing to official notifications and reporting.
• You support all matters related to social insurance and HR administration and accompany employees from entry to exit.

• You bring several years of professional experience in payroll and personnel administration in Switzerland and are well versed in labour and social insurance law.
• You pitch in when it matters, whether in busy times or as a deputy for HR management.
• You work confidently with common payroll and HR systems, are articulate in German, and communicate well in French.
