In doing so, you work closely with sales, production, warehouse, and service and are an important part of our team.

Customer Support

• Processing customer enquiries and orders by phone, email, or in person at the store
• Advising and providing information on products, prices, and delivery times
• Preparing offers and conducting closing discussions with customers
• Providing technical support and solution proposals for customer enquiries

 Order Processing

• Timely recording and processing of customer concerns and on-time handling of orders
• Processing and monitoring webshop orders
• Monitoring, coordinating, and ensuring the order process until on-time delivery
