We are looking for our client, an internationally successful cosmetics company, immediately or by arrangement for a

Line Leader Permanent Night Shift (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

• Professional leadership and motivation of the team at the production line
• Monitoring and control of the entire production process at the assigned plant
• Ensuring all safety, hygiene and quality requirements as well as order and cleanliness at the line
• Changing over and setting up machines as well as running in the lines together with the machine setter
• Carrying out in-process controls and approvals according to SOP
• Independently resolving minor malfunctions
• Recording all relevant data and material bookings in the SAP system
• Deputising for the shift supervisor in their absence

Your profile

• Completed training as a plant operator EFZ, food technologist EFZ or many years of experience in production
• GMP knowledge from cosmetics, food or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Very good German spoken and written
• Experience with SAP in a production environment
• Technical flair and interest in machines
• Team spirit, assertiveness and high safety awareness
• Willingness for permanent night shift (Sun-Thu 22:40 – 05:50)
