Sales Back Office Clerk (m/f/d)
Our client is an established trading and service company in the field of technical solutions for the energy sector. The company offers a wide range of products and supports its customers with expert advice as well as practical solutions for various projects.

Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on an operational role in customer service with a focus on digital and manual business processes. You ensure that customer concerns, orders and relevant system information are processed accurately.
Responsibilities:
Check incoming items from various sales channels and prepare them for further processing
Keep customer and product information up to date in the systems used
Agree on suitable solutions in case of discrepancies between order and delivery
Support customers with enquiries in several languages
Carry out administrative tasks for the technical sales department
Independently follow up on open business cases
Coordinate information between sales, logistics and other departments
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship
Professional experience in a customer- or sales-related role
Confident use of ERP and Office applications
Very good command of French, both spoken and written
Knowledge of Italian is welcome
Precise and independent working style
Sense of responsibility and good eye for detail
Team-oriented personality with good comprehension skills
