On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Senior IAM Security & Resilience Engineer (m/f/d) responsible for strengthening the security, resilience, and continuity of identity and access management (IAM) infrastructures within a complex IT environment. Available workload between 80% and 100%.
Your mission
- Support IAM engineers and architects in designing and securing identity, authentication, authorisation, and federation infrastructures.
- Identify, assess, and prioritise vulnerabilities, obsolescences, and security risks; coordinate remediation plans and monitor actions with management.
- Maintain and develop resilience and continuity measures for IAM services, coordinating recovery tests and improvement measures with relevant teams.
- Enhance logging, monitoring, detection, and incident response capabilities related to identities, notably through the ITDR (Identity Threat Detection and Response) approach.
- Oversee privileged access security (PAM), organise periodic rights reviews, and contribute to managing the lifecycle of human and machine identities, secrets, keys, and certificates.
Your profile
- Higher education in computer science (university Master’s degree, EPF/HES engineering diploma, federal diploma or equivalent), with proven senior experience in cybersecurity and securing IAM infrastructures.
- Proven experience in IAM infrastructure security, including directories, authentication, authorisation, and federation services, as well as good knowledge of hybrid environments such as Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID, and Cloud.
- Strong expertise in securing human and machine identities (user accounts, technical accounts, service accounts, application identities, and workloads), as well as their authentication mechanisms, with knowledge of PAM, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect solutions and Zero Trust principles.
- Proficiency in vulnerability and risk management, their assessment and prioritisation, as well as a good understanding of resilience, continuity, and digital service recovery principles, associated tests, and detection and response mechanisms for identity-related security incidents (ITDR).
- Knowledge of security frameworks and requirements (LPD, LIPAD, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS), combined with excellent analytical, cross-functional coordination, and communication skills, with autonomy, rigour, and ease working in multidisciplinary teams remotely.
