HR Generalist 50-60% (m/f/d)

• Processing payroll and social insurance cases
• Supporting managers in the onboarding and offboarding process
• Ensuring consistent data quality in human resources
• Participating in projects for process and system optimisation
• Preparing reports to support personnel controlling
• Reconciling accounts in collaboration with the finance department
• Managing all phases of the employee lifecycle
• Monitoring and coordinating employee absences

• At least three years of practical experience in payroll accounting
• Commercial basic training with a federal HR specialist certificate
• Confident German language skills, French an advantage
• Strong numerical understanding and process thinking
• Proficient use of MS Office and ERP software
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Solid expertise in human resources
• Open-mindedness towards digitalisation and AI topics
• Trustworthy and responsible personality
