Your area of responsibility
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Officer Payment Investigations with a workload of 40-60%.
In this responsible part-time role, you are a central point of contact for demanding questions in daily payment transactions and work closely with teams in Europe and Asia.
- You clarify complex payment cases, answer queries and handle complaints in outgoing payment transactions.
- You check offsetting orders and coordinate the necessary steps with the responsible specialist departments to ensure that the orders are executed correctly and on time.
- You contribute your experience from day-to-day business to the further development of payment transaction processes.
Your profile
- Strong affinity for payment transactions and interest in international money flows
- Enjoyment of a role that includes clear routines as well as unexpected questions and special cases
- Strong team spirit and reliable collaboration in day-to-day business
- Analytical, structured working style and a good eye for detail
- Solution orientation and resilience as well as the ability to make well-founded decisions even under time pressure.
