Your tasks

• You will strengthen our team of the admission and emergency ward 60+ as a committed and professionally skilled nursing specialist HF / FH in the field of gerontopsychiatry.
• You take on the nursing responsibility as a key worker for the individual care and nursing of our patients.
• You accompany them individually through the nursing/therapeutic process. You also successfully master complex situations.
• Your areas of responsibility also include everyday design, administration as well as the implementation of medical/technical orders.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check required for foreign diplomas).
• You have professional experience in somatics or psychiatry ideally or are interested in specialising in this field.
• You are interested in working in a multiprofessional team in the field of psychiatry as well as in the care of people with age-related complexity.
• You are interested in the Safewards and Recovery models and enjoy actively contributing.
• You are a resilient, open-minded personality with good communication skills and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration.
• You have very good German language skills (at least C1) and bring your good IT user skills into the administrative work.

Your salary

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 76,000 and 110,000 Swiss francs per year.
