- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Erfahrung in telefonischen Abklärungen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil.

Your tasks
- Handling in-depth enquiries in telephone customer contact

What you bring
- Completed banking training or several years of experience in banking
- High customer orientation as well as experience in telephone customer enquiries
- Very good German and French skills, English and Italian are an advantage
- High commitment, initiative and strong sense of responsibility
- Precise working style as well as a networked way of thinking
- Self-initiative, curiosity and digital affinity
