The restaurant Hong Kong Food Paradise "Sihlcity" is a leading company in the gastronomy sector, known for excellent Asian cuisine and first-class, fast service. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual as Deputy Managing Director/Operations Assistant (m/f) to support us in managing and further developing our operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting management in operational and administrative tasks
• Assuming leadership responsibilities and representing management during absences
• Planning, organising and monitoring operational processes
• Ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with quality standards
• Leading and motivating the team as well as assisting with personnel planning
• Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to increase sales

Your Profile

• Training and experience in gastronomy or hospitality, ideally aged around 25 to 45 years
• Several years of professional experience in system gastronomy in a comparable position
• Leadership experience and strong team skills
• Organisational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
• High service orientation and passion for gastronomy
• Very good German language skills, additional language skills are an advantage
