Sales Consultant

About the job

As a sales consultant, you look after and captivate our customers daily with our products from the Skoda and VW Commercial Vehicles brands. You conduct customer discussions, carry out test drives, offer new and used vehicles, conclude contracts, and deliver the vehicles. Quite simple, or ;-) The job naturally involves a bit more. As a salesperson, you are an important interface to Aftersales. You must be able to empathise with the customer to offer them the best solution. Since customers no longer simply walk into the showroom today, you actively approach the customers. Very important: This is not a job where you can sit at the workplace and wait for customers. You plan your working day independently and ensure customer care. After a start period of 6 months with a base salary, you move to commission with a base salary. What does it take to really earn money? We expect 10 offers per week and anticipate at least 50 successful sales after the first year.
