What you will achieve

• You pay special attention to the freshness of fruit, vegetables and bread and fight food waste with farsighted ordering
• Order, receive, check and stock fresh products and of course all other goods in the shelves of your shop
• Correctly implement the specifications in the shop layout
• Check best-before dates in the fresh goods category
• As deputy, guide, promote and develop the employees – and be a role model for them
• As deputy, take co-responsibility for the figures – for turnover, personnel costs and stock

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EBA)
• Field: Ideally in retail (food) or a related profession
• Work experience: Three or more years of professional experience in retail as a specialist, department or area manager is an advantage
• Enjoy fresh products and ideally already have professional experience with them
• Physically fit, some parcels weigh up to 10 kilos
• Skill in planning and organising tasks and a flair for interpreting key figures
• Familiar with PC, tablet and smartphone – and you quickly make friends with other digital helpers (e.g. for inventory management)
• German (B1)
