Our HR team is looking for an implementation-driven personality with drive and charm starting July 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
What you will achieve
- You take on the national specialist responsibility in HR management, are the process owner of all relevant processes and HR specialist topics, and are responsible for the design, further development, and implementation of process-relevant work instructions and contract annexes.
- You lead the HR management specialist committee, are part of the HR community, and prepare decision-making bases for the Swiss management.
- You are responsible for the interfaces to downstream processes such as payroll, social insurance, and pension fund.
- You advise the HR managers of our regional directorates on labor law issues.
- You lead national, specialist projects and work in interdisciplinary projects such as the implementation of the collective labor agreement for the security industry.
What you bring:
- Completed training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or a completed degree (FH/University) with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or comparable education and several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Solid knowledge of labor law or corresponding training and further education in this area
- Proven experience in change management
- Understanding of operational processes, process management, and interface work as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- High social competence and strong communication skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form and good oral French skills
- Experience as a vocational trainer is an advantage
