Your Job
- You create and consolidate the cost and performance accounting at group level and ensure meaningful reporting
- You analyse extensive data sets and derive reliable information for financial and operational management
- You continuously develop the existing cost accounting as well as the associated calculation and allocation logics
- You optimise controlling and BI tools and ensure that key figures are uniformly defined and transparently reported
- Business management consulting: you advise and support decentralised financial managers on questions regarding performance recording, financial accounting and cost accounting
- Gradual development of the financial manual at national level and further development of the national key figures manual
- Preparation of central reporting for the Federal Social Insurance Office
Additionally
- You contribute to the further development of the central data platform, the key figures portal and BI evaluations
- You support users in recording relevant operational data as well as in using specialist and BI systems
- Within the framework of the data strategy, you collaborate with internal specialists and external implementation partners
- You bring your expertise to exciting finance, controlling and data projects
- You actively participate in internal audits, selected final reports and professional working groups
Your Profile
- Advanced training/studies in business administration, business informatics or finance and accounting
- You have three to five years of solid professional experience in controlling/cost accounting and/or business intelligence
- High data affinity: you are strong in handling large volumes of data, relational databases and complex calculation logics
- You understand how to translate professional requirements from controlling into suitable data models, key figures and BI evaluations
- Your Excel skills are very good; in general, you are very IT-savvy
- German is your mother tongue and you have good spoken knowledge of French
- Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is a plus
