Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant - SharePoint & Teams (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 140,000Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of modern collaboration and intranet solutions with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online
Consulting large clients on Microsoft Teams, Power Platform and digital workplace strategies
Leading complex Microsoft 365 projects from requirements analysis to successful deployment
Conducting workshops on governance, information architecture and digital collaboration
Supporting change management and adoption processes as well as providing professional support to the consulting team
Qualifications:
Several years of consulting experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams and Power Platform
Solid knowledge in modern workplace, information architecture, governance and user adoption
Experience in leading agile IT projects as well as consulting business units and decision-makers
Strong skills in change management, digital transformation and workshop moderation
Communicative, self-reliant personality with very good German and good English skills
