Building Draughtsperson (M/F)

Desired profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as a building draughtsperson required
• Previous experience in a similar role in Switzerland
• Proficiency in common industry software tools, particularly the CAD software AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of building technology as well as Swiss construction standards and regulations
• Interest in and good knowledge of subsidies for renovations
• Organised, rigorous, pragmatic and possessing good interpersonal skills

• Produce technical drawings at all project stages: sketches, preliminary project, final project, execution and detail plans
• Compile and submit planning application dossiers
• Carry out surveys of existing buildings using laser scanning software
• Perform measurements and oversee small construction sites
• Prepare and manage tenders and calls for bids
