We are looking for a Customer Service Host(ess) at 60-70% for our FNAC Fribourg store.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for informing customers to ensure them quality service

• You handle product checkouts

• You promote Fnac services and the Fnac card to build customer loyalty

Your Profile

• You are very comfortable with interpersonal relations and customer service

• You have a commercial sense and experience in checkout

• You are meticulous
