Tasks
You support our team in developing the portfolio of corporate customers in the SME segment and bring ideas and energy into a variety of projects.
- Be in direct contact with SME customers in English and German, by phone and email
- Help customers understand the Lufthansa Group's business travel services
- Identify "leads" (potential customers) and offer them our services
- Manage smaller projects and meet goals and deadlines
- Support the team in daily business (e.g., managing the mailbox, organizing meetings, supporting events, etc.)

Requirements
You are outgoing, independent, and tackle challenges with a smile. With your positive energy and creative ideas, you manage to inspire people. You enjoy communicating in English within the team and with customers.
- Completed high school, technical, commercial, or business school
- Enjoy contact with customers and colleagues
- You speak and write fluent German and English; French is an advantage
- You have a confident handling of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- You can take clear notes and write structured summaries
- You work confidently with numbers and think solution-oriented
- You can follow instructions, work independently, and actively seek feedback
- You are flexible, take initiative, and enjoy working in a team
