YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Technical management of the areas of systems, electrical engineering, and electrical installation planning in our modernization projects and close cooperation with the technical project management
- Responsibility for electrical vehicle components and systems, especially low-voltage onboard networks, drive and traction systems
- Definition of system requirements, interfaces, and creation of integration concepts.
- Technical collaboration with suppliers and external service providers and ensuring quality and timely implementation
- Implementation of the customer specification and consideration of relevant requirements
- Responsible for integrated system solutions for the creation, review, and approval of engineering documents such as circuit diagrams, cable lists, equipment lists, interface documents, and technical specifications.
- Developing integrated system solutions in coordination with software, mechanical engineering, as well as approval and safety management
- Analysis of existing systems and deriving modernization solutions
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies (FH/University) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the railway environment, ideally in system, vehicle, or overall vehicle technology
- Proven responsibility in technical leadership or lead functions is an advantage
- Ability to interpret standards (e.g., EN, TSI) at the system level and anchor them in the project environment
- Strong ability to make technical decisions at the system level and secure them considering cost, schedule, and quality
- Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills, assertiveness, and experience in the technical leadership of engineering teams or interdisciplinary specialist groups
- Very good German skills; good English skills in spoken and written form
