With over 146,000 insured persons and 433 affiliated employers, BVK is the largest pension fund in Switzerland. It is a private law foundation and has a large portfolio of directly held properties. In Switzerland, it rents out over 6,500 apartments and more than 350,000 m² of office and commercial space and has a strategic pipeline with development projects. BVK also uses its real estate expertise for granting mortgages. It manages investment assets of around 45.8 billion Swiss francs. Responsible investing is an integral part of the investment activity.

Your main tasks

• Creation and dispatch of digital communications including target group-specific variants
• Further development of communication along the customer lifecycle of our insured persons
• Data management & segmentation in the CRM, including maintenance and further development of target group logics
• Analyses, reporting and A/B tests for continuous optimisation of our communication
• Conceptualisation and implementation of the further development of the online portal regarding communication by life phases and the shift of customer communication to myBVK
• Event automations: registration confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and surveys from the CRM

Your profile

• Education or training in marketing with a focus on marketing technology or marketing automation (professional certificate or bachelor). Also possible: business informatics specialist with further training in marketing
• Solid experience in CRM, marketing automation or campaign management is a mandatory requirement
• Good understanding of data logics (data models), target groups and performance indicators
• Experience with email marketing, dispatch processes, reporting and A/B tests
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• High affinity for digital tools, processes and AI applications
