Specialist: Management Systems (m/f/d)

SBB Cargo International is the market leader in European rail freight transport on the North-South axis. Thanks to our more than 1,000 employees in Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and France, we operate around 550 trains weekly from the North Sea ports to Italy and back. In doing so, we shift thousands of net tonnes from road to rail and make an active contribution to greater climate protection.

To complement our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for the Safety & Quality Management department in Olten for a:

Specialist: Management Systems (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Together with process, procedure, risk and topic managers, you ensure the continuous improvement of our management systems as well as the implementation of new requirements.
• You ensure the certification and audit capability of our management systems.
• You are responsible for selected sub-areas of the management systems, for example audit and action management.
• You advise other organisational units and company divisions professionally on topics related to management systems and also take on tasks in specialist leadership.
• You take on the role of data protection advisor according to the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and advise the relevant departments on data protection issues.[LS1.1]
• As a Super User, you support our IT tool for process and document management.
• You take on programme and project management.
• You conduct internal audits.

Your profile

• Several years of experience with management systems, especially in quality management according to ISO 9001.
• Qualification and practical experience as an auditor according to ISO 19011.
• Qualification and/or experience in training employees as well as in project and competence management.
• Ideally knowledge and/or a qualification in environmental management according to ISO 14001; additional knowledge in the areas of data protection or information security is an advantage.
• Confident handling of common IT applications and Microsoft 365; advanced knowledge or corresponding qualifications are welcome.
• Very good German and English skills; knowledge of Italian, Dutch or French is an advantage.
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as open and proactive communication.
• Conceptual thinking, a quick grasp and a high willingness to learn.
• Enjoyment in engaging people with topics and driving change forward together.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work.
