divided into five specialist areas and our dedicated team offers comprehensive legal advice and notarial services.
Your tasks
The focus of your activity is in the advocacy as well as in the notary area.
- Drafting contracts and documents in the notary area (land register and commercial register matters, marriage and inheritance contracts)
- Secretarial tasks and general administrative activities
- Telephone and personal contact with clients, courts and authorities
- Writing and processing emails and correspondence
- Creating invoices and reminders
- Monitoring appointments and deadlines
- Archiving and data filing
- Administrative support in executorships and inheritance division contracts
Your additional function (in the absence of the head of the secretariat)
- HR responsibility for the secretariat team and the lawyer team (total 50 people) together with the partner responsible for personnel
- Organization and management of the law firm secretariat including leadership of 25 people
- Ensuring smooth operations in cooperation with the law firm manager
- Handling all payroll and insurance matters in cooperation with the responsible
partners and the head of accounting
- Carrying out personnel administration and optimizing processes (from recruitment to departure)
- Planning and conducting internal events
Your profile
We are looking for responsible and committed individuals with a commercial basic education. Ideally, you have professional experience in a law firm or a notary office. You appreciate independent work with your own file responsibility. You are characterized by a quick grasp, confident German, polished manners and very good MS Office skills. If you enjoy working in a team, are resilient and can also set priorities correctly, you are the right person for us.
