Voser Lawyers is a leading law and notary firm in the heart of Baden. We are
divided into five specialised areas and our dedicated team offers comprehensive legal advice and notarial services.
Your tasks
The focus of your activity lies in advocacy as well as in the notarial field.
- Drafting contracts and documents in the notarial area (land register and commercial register matters, marriage and inheritance contracts)
- Secretarial duties and general administrative tasks
- Telephone and personal contact with clients, courts and authorities
- Writing and processing emails and correspondence
- Preparing invoices and reminders
- Monitoring appointments and deadlines
- Archiving and data filing
- Administrative support in executorships and inheritance division agreements
- Preparation of tax returns
Your profile
We are looking for responsible and committed individuals with a commercial basic education. You have professional experience in a Swiss law firm or in
a Swiss notary office. You appreciate working independently with your own file responsibility.
You are characterised by a quick grasp, confident German, polished manners
and very good MS Office skills. If you enjoy working in a team, are resilient and able to
set priorities correctly, you are the right person for us.
