Administrative Assistant

Your mission – a key role at the heart of the Emergency Department
By joining our team, you will be an essential pillar of the administrative functioning of the department.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the planning of Emergency Department doctors in Polypoint PEP.
- Processing and coordinating all requests related to schedules.
- Managing various administrative tasks related to the organisation of the department and its daily operation.
- Actively participating in administrative activities supporting the department’s structure.
- Contributing, in close collaboration with the team, to the management of commitments and the administrative follow-up of the department’s development projects.
- Carrying out various administrative tasks specific to the Emergency Department.
- Participating in complaint handling, quality control, and data collection.
Your profile – what we are looking for
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent training.
- Comfort with IT tools and analytical mindset.
- Proven experience in planning, ideally in a medical environment.
- Medical secretary diploma or good knowledge of the medical field: an asset.
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and German at B1–B2 level.
- Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Organisational skills and strong anticipation ability.
- Excellent stress management, sharp sense of organisation and priorities.
- Initiative, flexibility, interpersonal ease and reliability.
