On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the legal entity setup and rebranding stream of a major global carve-out programme.

Job description:
- Lead the legal entity setup and global rebranding project stream.
- Develop and maintain an integrated plan covering legal entity, branding, marketing and implementation milestones.
- Coordinate global brand implementation across relevant functions, regions and local markets.
- Manage dependencies involving legal entity changes, brand implementation, marketing, packaging, labelling, trademarks and brand governance.
- Establish clear governance, reporting, decision-making and escalation processes.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, approvals and critical-path activities.
- Align legal, marketing, operational and regional stakeholders around common delivery objectives.
- Facilitate decisions where global brand requirements and local implementation needs differ.
- Monitor workstream performance and intervene where deadlines or outcomes are at risk.
- Prepare concise executive reporting for the Carve-Out Lead and senior leadership.
- Coordinate closely with the other carve-out project streams to ensure an integrated programme outcome.
- Support a controlled transition that protects business continuity throughout implementation.
About the customer:
The position will sit within a newly established Carve-Out Management Office and report directly to the Carve-Out Lead, who reports to the CEO.
The successful candidate will take primary responsibility for the programme activities associated with new legal entity setup, rebranding, marketing and global brand implementation. They will work alongside two other Project Managers and one PMO support professional within the same broader carve-out programme.
Requirements:
- More than ten years of relevant senior project or programme management experience.
- A proven record of delivering large, complex, cross-functional programmes in global organisations.
- Experience managing new legal entity setup, corporate rebranding, global brand implementation or comparable transformation programmes.
- Strong exposure to marketing-led change and the operational implementation of a new or changed brand.
- Relevant experience involving packaging, labelling, artwork, trademark or brand-governance processes would be highly advantageous.
- Strong integrated planning, programme governance and milestone-management capability.
- Experience controlling risks and dependencies across several functions, markets and workstreams.
- Confidence working with executive stakeholders and geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and executive-reporting skills.
- Strong judgement and the ability to create clarity in an evolving transformation environment.
- Experience in manufacturing, operational or regulated environments would be advantageous.
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP or an equivalent project-management qualification would be beneficial.
Candidates from legal entity transformation, corporate rebranding, brand migration, packaging transformation, artwork management or global brand implementation backgrounds will be considered where they can demonstrate end-to-end ownership of complex programme delivery.
Compensation benefits:
- Ownership of a distinct, globally important carve-out workstream.
