YOUR MISSION WITH US
You are the central first contact for ICT inquiries and issues at our locations throughout Switzerland (1st-Level Support)
You analyze, document, and classify requests in the ticket system and forward them to the relevant departments if necessary
You advise our internal customers by phone, email, or remotely, in German and French
You assist with standard installations and user inquiries regarding software and hardware
You accompany the onboarding process for the technical equipment of new employees
You contribute your ideas for the ongoing improvement of our service processes
You have approximately 20% travel activity within Switzerland
