The company Stutzer Service AG is engaged in the worldwide import and trade of food products. Our company primarily focuses on the import of products from the Asian and Mediterranean regions and their distribution throughout Switzerland.

Your area of responsibility

• Supporting account management in achieving sales and revenue targets
• Managing department-relevant customers
• Receiving product and price enquiries / price negotiations
• Preparing offers in consultation with sales management / executive management
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions
• Coordinating activities with other departments within the company to ensure customer needs are met
• Receiving and timely processing of written and telephone orders / assignments
• Arranging and monitoring delivery dates with customers, reporting any delivery bottlenecks to supervisors
• Administrative handling of complaints
• General administrative / commercial tasks
• Responsible for maintaining and updating customer data
• Creating and maintaining price lists
• Article and master data maintenance, including document filing
• Creating and maintaining price lists
• Creating and analysing sales and turnover statistics
• Preparing presentations and reports for customers
• Preparing and following up on customer meetings
• Contributing to the optimisation of existing processes
• Supporting and deputising within the team
• Introducing new employees

Our expectations of you

• Commercial basic training (EFZ) Profile E or equivalent
• Fluent German skills are essential; knowledge of French, Italian or Thai is a great advantage
• Knowledge of the food industry is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills, knowledge of Navision is an advantage
• Good comprehension with quick implementation ability
• Communicative, resilient personality with a high level of commitment
• Ideal age between 25 - 35 years
