Introduction

Pierre Sudan Leasing and Finance AG is looking for a versatile and committed Allrounder Construction to support various construction, maintenance, and renovation tasks. In this varied role, you will work independently as well as in a team and make an important contribution to the care and development of our properties and facilities.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Perform general construction, renovation, and maintenance work
• Support in masonry, plastering, painting, and assembly work
• Carry out small repairs and restorations
• Care and maintenance of interior and exterior areas
• Operation and careful handling of machines, tools, and work materials
• Coordination and support in work with external craftsmen and specialists
• Compliance with applicable safety and quality regulations
• Independent organisation of assigned tasks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or several years of professional experience in construction or maintenance
• Practical skills and enjoyment of diverse manual tasks
• Good physical condition and resilience
• Independent, reliable, and careful working style
• Team spirit and friendly demeanour
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
• Willingness to respond flexibly to different tasks and locations
