HR Business Partner
Your Tasks
Responsibly and with great commitment, you advise managers and employees on all HR-relevant topics. You implement our HR processes along the entire HR life cycle and develop solutions with line managers for their questions and concerns. You support organisational development, accompany transformation processes and participate in projects. You identify potential for improvement, initiate innovations and actively support the digitalisation process, contributing to achieving objectives with your work. You assist your colleagues during bottlenecks and absences also in other areas of responsibility.
Your Profile
Commercial basic training with further education in HR or a university degree in business, psychology or similar fields
Experience in HR, preferably in operational and strategic HR consulting
Communicative personality with a winning manner
Ability to think strategically combined with a hands-on mentality
