Architect Execution Residential Construction (m/f/d)
Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced architect for the planning and execution of residential properties. You will accompany demanding construction projects from planning to realisation and take on a versatile area of responsibility. An exciting field of activity awaits you with direct influence on the quality and successful implementation of the projects.
Responsibilities:
Handling of residential construction projects from planning to execution
Development and implementation of design and execution plans
Creation and processing of building permit, execution and detail plans
Coordination of specialist planners, contractors and other project participants
Support during tendering, awarding and execution
Control of deadlines, quality and execution details on site
Participation in building inspections, defect rectification and project documentation
Qualifications:
Completed architecture degree FH or ETH or comparable qualification
Several years of planning and execution experience in residential construction
Good knowledge of Swiss construction and execution planning
Confident handling of CAD and planning software
Very good German language skills spoken and written
