To strengthen our internal sales team, we are looking for you from January 2027 or by arrangement as:

Sales Administrator Internal Sales & Export, 40%

What to expect:

• You process orders and prepare offers in cooperation with sales & customer service, from first customer contact to payment receipt
• Monitoring and tracking of pending orders, repair orders and offers also belong to your area of responsibility
• You assist in recording debtor master data
• Requests from distribution partners, end customers and freight forwarders are received by you by telephone and in writing and processed
• You prepare transport documents and export papers and issue forwarding orders

What you bring:

• You have completed commercial vocational training EFZ and have already gained several years of experience in internal sales, ideally also in the export sector
• Self-organisation suits you, you are reliable and quality-conscious
• You work efficiently and in a structured manner and enjoy contact with our customers & partners
• Your spoken and written German and English skills are very good; French skills are an advantage
• Your very good MS Office and ERP knowledge complete your profile
