• Friendly and competent support of our international guests upon arrival, during their stay and departure
• Efficient handling of all processes at the reception including invoicing
• Maintenance of guest data, processing of reservations and telephone enquiries
• Close cooperation with other departments to ensure excellent service

• Enjoyment of guest contact as well as organisational talent, professionalism and teamwork
• Completed training in upscale hospitality
• Professional experience in a comparable position
• Well-groomed appearance as well as a structured and reliable way of working
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written (additional languages an advantage)
• Willingness to work shifts as well as weekends and public holidays
