As the specialist responsible for customer service and energy billing, you are an important hub between our customers, the team and our internal processes.

Your area of responsibility is diverse:

• Professional responsibility for customer service and energy billing
• Coordination of operational tasks and ensuring efficient processes
• Personal, telephone and written support of our customers
• Processing data mutations, tariff adjustments and billing
• Management of energy contracts as well as maintenance of our master and customer data
• Active development of processes and digital workflows
• Supporting the team with administrative and organisational matters

What is important to us: We are looking for someone who not only implements reliably but also thinks along. Ideas, suggestions for improvement and initiative are expressly welcome with us.

Does this suit you?

You enjoy contact with people, have a good sense for numbers and like to work in a structured way. Even when several topics are on the table at the same time, you keep an overview and find pragmatic solutions.

What you ideally bring with you:

• Commercial training
• Professional experience in an administration, a service company or the energy sector
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent, careful and reliable working style
• Very good German skills and confident handling of MS Office
• Enjoyment of digital processes and developing workflows further
